Hillary being part of any administration seems like a kiss of death. I'm amazed the Biden camp is even considering it, but the Hillary people run the party these days.
The main criticism here is that he's being hypocritical and not authentic vis. woke hiring policies. The proper response is to correctly say you are forced to do this by law; a law which cares not one whit for your personal convictions and conscience. Also that "authenticity" is overrated in that it actually doesn't exist; only people's perception of authenticity does.
