His core insight is one I figured out a while back; e.g. that law is unnecessary. Just let people do whatever they want, no matter how evil on their property. Doesn't mean there won't be consequences, as murderers and rapists gotta leave their property some time. The good people would continue being good, while the wicked would not be prevented from receiving just comeuppance. A 100% improvement on the current situation where the innocent are jailed and the wicked promoted to power.
