Ceasefire with the Islamic militants there has collapsed, and the citizenry there are tiring of the constant airstrikes on their city. Duterte's response is basically "I should burn this slum to the ground."
Well, sounds like the only option left for him is escape or someone dynamiting the prison and extracting him to a non-extradition country. Not that there aren't a legion of the unjustly imprisoned that could already use that kind of liberation from the State's wrath.
One hopes that only the mortgage lending bozos aren't the ones "preparing for this," so that they get liquidated and housing prices *finally* adjust downwards.
