The DC-NY axis is as usual afflicted with insane forgetting about how they:

• Put in Yeltsin in the first place
• Helped him ram through the new constitution illegally
• Loved Putin, Yeltsin's handpicked successor, initially
• Didn't mind how he arrogated total power unto himself legally with the new constitution they helped inflict on Russia until...
