Nothing new if you've watched any of Alex Jones' police state films (or are a student of history, etc.). This sort of stuff has been going on recently with PDDs, stretching back through Northwoods, the "Business Plot", the Civil War, even back to the Whiskey Rebellion. The state's ultimate goal has always been martial law.
