Ram a car bomb into one of the USA's permanent bases, killing four. Sounds almost as if they *want* to provoke a reaction from the west what with Mattis being over there. Considering that was Bin Laden's entire reason for bombing WTC, I'd say it's likely. Get more of the hated westerners to die in the steppes.
