That's rich, caring about the Constitution from the lefties. That said, haven't they heard of the part where treaties are superior to anything in the constitution? It's in there if you look for it. And besides, don't they know the real law of the land is summed up by the catchecism "Grant vs. Lee, I'll kill you if you disagree!"
