According to former Israeli Defense Minister, Moshe Ya’alon, Tel Aviv remains so “neutral” in the Syrian conflict that even Islamic State terrorists have, on at least one occasion, “apologized” to Israel for mistakenly attacking IDF soldiers in the occupied Golan Heights.

All kidding aside, this should come as no surprise, as ISIS is a Saudi quisling, and Saudi and Israel have been buds for a while now. Saying that Israel is "neutral" in the conflict is a laugh though, considering how much land they've seized in the Golan Heights during the conflict (not to mention the regular bombing of Syrian positions with no explanations or apology).
