Also predictably, the NY Slimes says the DPR broke the ceasefire, even though debaltsevo is behind the line of ceasefire demarcation (thus making surrender the only option for ukies in debaltsevo that would comply with ceasefire terms). At this point, WWIII is a fait accompli.
