Kop practices 'restraint' during a traffic stop (If he really was being restrained, he wouldn't have pulled the guy over to rob him), then gets pistol whipped unconscious. Supposedly because he hesitated to murder the dude immediately. All I got to say is that this is still a better outcome than what the kop wanted to do now in retrospect -- at least both left with their lives.

How this goober can be surprised at the media mocking him being on the receiving end of the beatdown shows how little the kops are paying attention to the narrative they themselves are writing for the general public (you know, the one where they get shot on sight eventually).
