Drunk cop runs a red and plows into a black man, so they instead charged the black man with a DWI. Unfortunately for the taxpayer, the pigs didn't do a proper railroading job, so not only does the innocent man get off, he gets a $1m reward, as the department doesn't fire or otherwise discipline the officer responsible for all this. Hilariously enough, this caused the innocent man to become a cop, "realizing the power of the badge".
