The guy has it wrong, but his finger is directly on the pulse of the zeitgeist. Pretty lulzy overall, being over-the top painfully hip.

Long story short, everybody is living beyond their means (or trying to look like it without actually doing so). And they're pinning their hopes on speculation, and will get screwed.
