New book comes out making the same point I've been making for years: even angels centrally planning angels is worse than the private property alternative. As long as the angel in charge can't read the others' minds, it will have incorrect resource allocation. Whether the others' needs are met is effectively random, and this will corrupt said angels, as random reinforcement tends to do. In contrast, capitalism and private property rewards the individual prioritizing their highest goals, which as angels reinforces their better parts.

If you have a drone that weighs more than 0.55 pounds but less than 55 pounds (total flying weight including anything it’s carrying), you must register it. It’s now the law. Lighter drones don’t have to register at all, and heavier ones (as well as drones for commercial use) are registered through a separate process involving paper (ugh).
