E.G. not as efficient at killing, but more effective at being killed. Interesting that the performance on the M16 and M2 (!) were the same, while other weapons worked better for men. So clearly better design (as exemplified by the .50 M2) has an impact on the effectiveness. However, gross carrying capacity of the male will always be a factor despite females' better power/weight. As such squad loadouts would have to adjust for this reality, and this situation may never reach the efficiency of an all male squad.
That said, it's good news to me; anything that will give ignorant and desperate young women a reason to not work for the pentagram is welcome.
