As with all other "Rockefeller Medicine", overprescribing is a huge problem, as it's about maximizing profits for suppliers rather than for practicioners (which focuses on maximizing patient outcomes).

Of course, no consideration of the effective method of reducing farm water usage: allow market prices to take hold for water rather than the current central planning madness.

I remember hearing that there was a news blackout, and that the Egyptian military was attempting to level the entirety of the Sinai. Sounds like it didn't go too well, and they've got a full blown jihadi rebellion on their hands.
If the governments involved respect this piece of paper as much as the other pieces of paper they've signed, this doesn't mean a whole lot. I'll believe it when I see easing of sanctions.
