The only reason they could have not known they were in Iranian waters would be Hallucinationalism of the type which makes 'Muricans think all the world's oceans' are their yankee lake. Meanwhile, the new sanctions are burning any bridges the US probably has left with Iran.
The trouble with nice places is that they're packed to the gills with Authoritarians and other Parasites. Freedom seems to *require* living on the edge and facing hardship.
Looks like they are going for Biometrics. Will likely be a shitshow, but expect more tyranny regardless of the policy's efficacy at achieving anything, really.
