I guess if you can ally with Stalin then no country is off limits.A point I often make when people are shocked that I trust 0% of the government's utterances and think their motivations are by default 100% evil. These guys wiretap the whole world, nuked civillians and ran concentration camps before it was cool. There's no depth uncle sam won't plumb.
